Portugal Colonial - Reims' Still denies Sunderland meeting

On Tuesday, French newspaper L'Equipe claimed the Belgian, who also has British nationality, had travelled to England to speak to Sunderland about the possibility of taking over from the sacked Tony Mowbray.

Still, 31, broke on to the scene in charge of Reims after guiding the French outfit to 19 league games without defeat last season.

"On Monday, I went to London to see my girlfriend who is English," Still told reporters.

"I've became a faithful client of Eurostar because I've been going back and forth every week for three or four months to see my girlfriend.

"Eurostar, if you're listening, I would like a loyalty discount," he jokingly added.

Still has led Reims to eighth place in the Ligue 1 table this season before Saturday's trip to Lens.

"If I wanted to leave to work in England, I would have left much earlier than now, when these stories have been published," Still said.

"I can't deny that there's interest in me.

"I can confirm it, like there had been in the summer and in recent weeks.

"My agent spoke to me because clubs called, but for now I'm coach of Reims," Still added.
