(TSXV:RE)(OTCQX:RROYF)(FSE:Y2V) ("RE Royalties" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, as part of the Company's annual compensation review, the Board of Directors have authorized the grant of 1,195,000 stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The Options have an exercise price of CAD $0.30 per share and are exercisable for a period of three-years from the date of grant. The Options were granted in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
In addition, the Board of Directors have authorized the grant of an aggregate 800,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The RSUs were granted in accordance with the Company's RSU Plan in place.
